Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours except holidays. Orders placed after 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time usually begin being processed the next business day. In-stock items are usually sent from Northern California within two business days, including expedited deliveries. Delivery times mentioned here are in addition to order processing times.
Delivery times and rates mentioned here are estimates, and they vary by destination. Additional taxes and duties may apply to international orders. I don't collect these taxes for you, so you are responsible for making these payments where you are.
Delivery address
Meth Coffee sells you United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping. When you purchase Meth Coffee and USPS shipping, Meth Coffee sends the package to the address you provide, as you have typed it. You are responsible for providing a correct address where the USPS delivers, as well as being available to physically receive the package when it arrives. If a package is returned to Meth Coffee because it is not claimed by you or because you provide an incorrect address, Meth Coffee can re-ship the package to you at your expense. Meth Coffee always keeps your returned package for you, in the event you would like to claim it. Meth Coffee can and will never re-sell returned coffee.
Package tracking
When your order has shipped, I will send you an email to let you know. If you ordered within the United States, the email will include a link for you to track the arrival of your package--exept for international packages, which do not having tracking numbers. You may want to turn off spam filtering to ensure you receive your email. Otherwise, you may enter your order number in the Order Status page to receive the details of your order at any time, including shipment information.
Shipping Fees and taxes
The shipping fee is based on the weight and size of the merchandise, including the box and a handling fee that covers the cost of preparing your shipment. If your billing address is in the state of California, sales tax is applied to non-coffee merchandise, handling charges, and gift-wrap fees.
Shipping fee refunds
Meth Coffee will not refund shipping fees for items that have been shipped.
Backordered Items
When you check out, you may see that some or all of your items are backordered. You may decide not to purchase backordered items by removing them from your shopping cart before continuing with your purchase. Backordered items will be shipped separately from in-stock items and are usually shipped within two weeks. If you decide to buy in-stock and backordered items within the same purchase, you will be charged two shipping fees: one for your in-stock items and one for your backordered items.

United States Orders
US Standard Mail (Parcel Post)
Shipments sent via USPS Parcel Post Mail usually arrive within 2-9 business days* after shipment. Shipping fees for Parcel Post shipments start at $3/package and increase depending on destination, package size and package weight. The shipping fee is presented to you before you submit your order. Parcel Post is ideal for shipments within California.
*Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
Priority shipping
Shipments sent via USPS Priority Mail usually arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. Shipping fees for Priority Mail shipments start at $4/package and increase depending on destination, package size and package weight. The shipping fee is presented to you before you submit your order.
Overnight shipping (continental United States only)
Overnight orders are sent via USPS. Meth Coffee does not offer overnight delivery to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. boxes. Overnight deliveries arrive faster if placed Monday - Thursday before 10:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time. Overnight delivery orders placed on holidays, weekends, or Fridays after 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time will begin being processed on the next business day. Processing time before overnight shipments are shipped is usually 1-2 business days, but may be longer. Shipping fees for overnight orders start at $18/package and vary depending on destination and package weight. The shipping fee is presented to you before you submit your order.
APO/FPO, prison, and other institutions and countries with mail restrictions
Meth Coffee does not do any special handling for addresses that have mail restrictions, with the exception of APO/FPO packages, which are sent with customs forms. People at APO/FPO addresses have reported faster delivery with Priority mail than with Parcel Post, sometimes weeks faster. Please keep in mind that even though your package may get to your destination city and/or institution, the contents of your package may be prohibited where you are, causing your order to be returned to Meth Coffee without you receiving it. It is your responsibility to know whether or not you may receive your merchandise where you are.
International Orders
International orders are mailed via U.S. Priority Mail International®. These shipments usually arrive within 6 business days of being processed, but may take longer, depending on your destination. Shipping fees for international orders start at $8.00 USD per package and vary depending on destination and package weight. Meth Coffee does not offer other shipping methods for international orders.
Shipping and billing addresses must be the same on orders placed outside of the United States.
International customers are responsible for entering the correct address for their packages. Meth Coffee will not be held responsible for returned shipments and does not offer returns or exhanges to International customers. Merchandise returned due to an incorrect address entry may be sent to the correct address at the customer's expense.
International orders are billed in US dollars. Your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate automatically. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item during customs, they will be collected from the recipient upon delivery.
International Shipping Restrictions
Please keep in mind that the contents of your package may be prohibited where you are, causing your order to be returned to Meth Coffee without you receiving it. It is your responsibility to know whether or not you may receive our merchandise where you are. Returned items will be refunded to the credit card used to purchase the item, minus the shipping fee and a 10% re-stocking fee per returned item.
