Coffee returns
Refunds are granted for coffee purchases if the purchase:
- was purchased from within the United States
- is received at my mailbox within 30 days of the purchase date (see "How to make your return" below)
- is returned with proper order information, including order number, name, and address
T-shirt returns
Meth Coffee accepts returned t-shirts for refund if the preceding conditions are met (same as a coffee return) and the t-shirt(s) are unaltered, undamaged, unwashed,
and unworn—that means no stretch marks, no dirt, no stains, beer, blood, etc.
You may want to ensure you are using a safe method of shipment and shipping container so the contents are not damaged during shipment.
If any of the above conditions are not met, you will not be issued a refund. Please read "Un-accepted returns" below.
REFUNDS
Refunds made for returned items will be refunded to the credit card used to purchase the item, minus the shipping and handling fees and a 15% processing fee.
Meth Coffee will not pay for the shipping of returned items.
Refunds will not be made for merchandise that is not returned.
International returns and refunds
No international returns or refunds.
Exhanges and store credit
No exchanges or store credit.

For proper credit and handling of your return, please send returned items in a box with the order number (the number on your invoice) and your full contact information, including:

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used to make the purchase—this includes gift purchases. Please allow at least two billing cycles for your refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Meth Coffee is not responsible for, and will not make refunds on or reimburse, shipping fees on returned merchandise, returns that were not received, or items damaged during return shipment.
Items that are returned entirely used, consumed, spent, damaged, unrecognizable, altered, or after 30 days of purchase will not be granted a refund and will not be returned to you, unless you would like me to do so at your expense.
